These are the crates that the bikes arrive in. the wood is saved & the crate rebuilt to ship the rig to the dealer.
These are some of the parts overflow. Ural America tries to anticipate the needs of their customers so that they can keep a years worth of inventory on the shelves.
When a crate is opened the bike is stripped down and thoroughly inspected looking for any imperfections in finish or assembly. The inspection list is lengthy, and is considered a legal document to verify the bike conforms to USA requirements.
Some of the bikes are painted at Ural America. The paint jobs are first class!
